Three tips to help you stay focused

1. Control yourself!

Sometimes a person gets out of control more / less.  This condition is associated with sadness, depression, joy, and anxiety.  Related to the amygdala part of the brain.  The amygdala is like an almond by nature, reacts strongly to negative emotions, and treats them as threatening signals.

Images were taken from the brain show that negative emotions have a detrimental effect on brain function, But positive emotions do the opposite.  You need to strike a balance between positive and negative emotions throughout the day.  Overcome negative emotions with the help of sleep, exercise, and som no other ways.

Also, try to have a positive meeting.  That is, focus on the positive points in the meeting, so that positive emotions can be conveyed to your brain.

2. Get rid of clutter!

When you work, there are always some disturbing thoughts, feelings, voices/voices sitting in ambush.  Your brain is designed in such a way that it can get rid of these things, even overcoming the instinctive thoughts that cause your mind to deviate.  You first think about both tasks (intervening and the main task).  Then choose the most important one between them.  Then make sure you can increase the focus.

3. Focus on the new job!

When the burden falls on the mind, slow down the old work, and focus on the new.  Sometimes this action seems to be effective and causes your brain to rest.  By doing this, you will give less time to your brain and mind to engage in a new job and have fun.

You return to the body, instead of the mind.  Get out, start walking.  Take a deep breath.
